INTERNET DIRECT SIGNS PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

PHOENIX, ARIZ. (August 30, 1996) - Internet Direct, Inc. today announced that it has signed a Strategic Partner agreement with Bobby G. Thompson & Associates to distribute the GoSite Internet Server to companies in the land mobile radio industry.

The GoSite Internet Server is one of the world's most popular Internet presence systems. The GoSite Server includes complete Web, FTP, and E-mail servers, comprehensive customer support, and a numerous extra features that enhance the system's power and ease-of-use.
