Arizona Firm Brings in International Dollars through Alliances

PHOENIX, Ariz., USA (September 29th, 1995) -- Internet Direct, Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona has recently entered into a memorandum of agreement with Ecotech International, which works closely with the office of International Countertrade at McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems, to str ucture joint-ventures abroad. Internet Direct's role in the venture shall be to provide consulting, connectivity, programming and network services to various countries in the Arabian Gulf.

Signing the agreement means that Internet Direct will be a ssisting McDonnell Douglas with the fulfillment of part of its $60 million offset obligation in the United Arab Emirates. "Since both of our companies are already conducting business in these regions, it was natural to pool our strengths to expand our ma rketing and distribution efforts." said Michael March, President of Internet Direct.

Internet Direct, doing business as Internet Direct International, has experienced rapid growth, not only domestically, but in countries around the world. A partial list of these countries includes Lebanon, Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Greece, Italy, China, Brazil, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

"The explosive growth we have seen has quickly surpassed original projections for internationa l business operations," said William Fisher, Business Manager. "We had hoped to be moving in to Canada at this point, but our new product lines have created fantastic opportunities abroad for us."

Fisher notes that most of the recent growth has c ome from consulting services Internet Direct provides to startup Internet Service Providers and the new I-Site Internet Server product which is already winning in head-to-head battles with SUN Systems , Digital Equipment Corporation and Silicon Graphics.

Both March and Fisher will be flown to the United Arab Emirates in October to speak at an Internet conference. "Because we provide consulting and set up software for Internet Service Providers throughout the world, IBC (Gulf Conferences) asked us to speak to the audience of government and regional telecommunications companies," Fisher said.
