INTERNET DIRECT'S EXECUTIVE BOARD

Michael March - President and CEO - Mr. Michael March founded Internet Direct in February 1993 to obtain innovative and reliable commercial Internet connectivity. March not only created the products and technical backbone of the Company, he raised the initial funding necessary to bring the company on-line.

March's professional career as a computer consultant began in 1989 when he created C.D. DataSystems. For the next three years C.D. Datasystems' projects ranged from creating multi-site County court case file tracking/ordering systems to creating and maintaining high-end computer graphic and database sub-systems.

During the span of March's consulting career, he was one of the pioneers in the use of the Internet for conducting commerce. From contract negotiations to research, Mr. March used the Internet in almost every facet of his business. Because the Internet had become critical to his business dealings, and because Arizona did not have a stable commercial Internet presence, Michael secured funding and founded Internet Direct, Inc. in February 1993.

March's latest innovation to reach the market, based on the turn-key concept, -- is called the GoSite Internet server. Recognizing the need for small and medium-sized businesses to participate in the global electronic business community being built, March created a non-technical, inexpensive business solution for companies from 5 to 5000 people. To date, the GoSite server has been sold in over 20 countries around the world.
